High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and six dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region. At High Fidelity, our product is cannabis, but our most important assets will be our employees and the patients we serve. We are looking for a Infused Product Specialist to work out of our facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The Extraction and Manufacturing Facility will be producing Craft Cannabis concentrates, THC Distillate, edibles, vapes, topicals, and pre-rolls. The primary extraction method will be via hydrocarbons. This person will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing. In this role you will…. Support the Extraction & Post Process Manager and the Manufacturing Manager on infusing edibles with cannabis, filling vape cartridges, packing pre-rolls, taking inventory, and package final products Becoming familiar with all manufacturing SOPs Maintaining an ability to take instructions from different supervisors depending on the task Cleaning and maintenance on equipment in extraction and the kitchen Work on advancing efficiency in the completion of daily tasks Accurately and consistently dosing infused products to achieve a target dosage Maintain working knowledge of vape cartridges and disposable hardware and automated filling/capping. Production and packaging of infused products including vapes, edibles, and topicals You should apply if you have…. Physical Requirements & ADA Accommodations Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout extraction, kitchen, and packaging areas for extended periods during daily operations. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, scooping, mixing, twisting, and repetitive motions required during production, filling, weighing, and packaging tasks. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted (including ingredients, biomass, packaged products, equipment parts, and supply boxes). Manual dexterity required for precise tasks such as dosing infused products, filling vape cartridges, rolling or packing pre-rolls, capping hardware, and operating small tools. Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including warm kitchen areas, rooms with strong odors, extraction spaces with ventilation systems, and temperature-controlled storage areas. Visual acuity required for monitoring weights, measuring ingredients, reading labels, ensuring accurate dosing, and identifying equipment or product inconsistencies. Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment, extraction-adjacent tools, packaging machinery, and automated filling/capping devices. Ability to wear required PPE (gloves, aprons, hairnets, lab coats, masks, goggles, etc.) for extended periods depending on task and location. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
