Job Profile:
Ceramic Core Injection Operator- Level 1-3
Position Summary:
Produce quality ceramic cores using Injection Machines. Prepare dies, obtain materials and inject part according to procedure.
Essential Functions:
Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines. Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Monitor material levels and replace as needed Must assist Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing as needed. Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures. Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S Other duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills:
Ability to lift 35 pounds Must be detail oriented and well organized Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Must be self-directed to accomplish goals with minimal supervision Experience & Education Basic math skills required. Operators need to be able to comprehend and read procedures. Mold or plastic injection experience preferred. Physical Demands Not at All Infrequently Occasionally Frequently Continually 30x hr. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $18 to $18 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
