Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy practice Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and hospital formulary systems Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Good communication and problem-solving skills
