Job DescriptionThis role offers a starting range of $70,000 to $88,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking an Inplant Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room and making ink. As an Inplant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbsPerforming Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batchesInventory management and monthly consignment countsMaintaining customer satisfaction by superior serviceMaintaining sound relations with customersEnsuring that the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolving them immediately and documenting appropriatelyDirecting, coordinating, and planning the activities of INX Inplant TechniciansCommunicating and training all INX Inplant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicableProviding continued operational support and conducting inplant quality auditsQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalentDemonstrate excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skillsDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skillsHave 2 to 5 years in the ink industry, plus 1 to 3 years supervisory experiencePerform technical serviceBe able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision testManufacture batches of ink under 100 lbsPerform Quality Control on incoming and on-site manufactured ink batchesBe responsible for inventory management, record-keeping and housekeepingIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
