This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys communication, daily interaction, and developing confidence through repetition and structured activity. You will learn to connect with potential clients, identify interest, and move qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline through organized follow up and consistent conversations. Through daily activity, you will continue strengthening communication skills, learning how to handle objections with more confidence, and staying organized while keeping opportunities moving forward. The focus is on following proven systems, maintaining consistency, and improving through real-world activity alongside other agents in a structured environment. Compensation:
$135,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Qualifications:
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car RE License required Commission opportunity Sales experience About Company Who you work with matters.
