As a top 1% real estate team in the nation , we're looking for highly driven Inside Sales Agents who thrive on the phone, love competition, and know how to turn conversations into appointments. This is not a customer service role . This is a high-performance sales role focused on lead conversion, follow-up, relationship building, and warm hand-offs to our real estate agents. If you're a Phone Ninja — the type of person who can confidently call strangers, handle objections naturally, and keep leads engaged over time without sounding robotic — we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL
DO... Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold real estate leads Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-up Build rapport quickly and uncover motivation, timing, and intent Overcome objections and keep conversations moving forward Re-engage stale or unresponsive leads Schedule appointments and perform warm hand-offs to local agents Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management Follow proven scripts, systems, and conversion processes while still sounding human
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS
LIKE... You consistently convert conversations into appointments Conversations feel natural, confident, and controlled Agents receive highly qualified, well-prepared hand-offs Follow-up happens relentlessly without leads falling through the cracks You bring energy, urgency, and professionalism to every interaction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING
FOR... Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills Naturally persuasive and confident conversational ability Competitive mindset with strong internal drive Thick skin and resilience — rejection doesn't shake you Ability to stay organized while managing large lead pipelines Coachable, accountable, and process-oriented Comfortable with CRM systems and technology Sales, recruiting, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
