Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview This role combines inside sales, customer service, and light marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office and retail environment. You'll help customers with apparel and promotional product orders, answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, follow up on leads, and help support marketing efforts to generate new business. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Help walk-in customers with apparel, promotional products, and order questions Generate and follow up on sales leads Build relationships with businesses, schools, teams, resorts, and organizations Prepare quotes and assist customers with product selection Enter and manage customer information and orders accurately Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order flow Assist with social media posts, email marketing, and promotional campaigns Help maintain showroom displays and retail merchandise Respond to customer emails and messages promptly Upsell products and suggest creative branding ideas for customers Help identify opportunities for repeat business and large-volume orders Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn industry software Social media and marketing knowledge is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience in screen printing, embroidery, apparel, or promotional products is helpful but not required What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships Self-motivated and dependable Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Able to stay calm and organized during busy periods Professional, friendly, and confident personality Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for bonuses or commission Employee discounts on apparel and merchandise Growth opportunities within the company Fun, creative, team-oriented work environment Pay will vary based on experience.
