GM Job Summary Utility Pipe Supply, a growing distributor of underground pipe and utility contractor materials, is looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to support inside sales and daily operations. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role focused on quoting, order entry, answering phones, and customer service — while also supporting general operational activities as needed. While the role is primarily inside-based, there will be occasional opportunities to meet customers in the field, support jobsite needs, and strengthen relationships in person. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and doing whatever it takes to keep jobs moving. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Support Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions, pricing, and availability Prepare and follow up on quotes for contractors, municipalities, and utility customers Enter and manage sales orders accurately in the system Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery timing, and job requirements Build relationships with repeat customers and provide a high level of service Order & Operations Support Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment or pickup Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders go out accurately and on time Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Team & Process Support Communicate with vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times Help troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly for customers Support general day-to-day needs of a small business environment Jump in where needed — flexibility and teamwork are critical What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Comfortable working both at a desk and in a warehouse environment Highly dependable and willing to take ownership of tasks Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Strong Plus:

Pay:

$65,000.00

• $95,000.
