Inside Sales Rep- Commercial Pet Products

Stone Mountain Pet Products is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on following up with incoming leads, building customer relationships, prospecting for new opportunities, and selling pet facility products to boarding, daycare, grooming, veterinary, and animal care businesses across the country. If you enjoy talking with people, love pets and the pet care industry, and are motivated to help grow sales, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Follow up on inbound leads from website inquiries, trade shows, referrals, and promotions Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective customers Build relationships with pet care facility owners and operators Sell standard product lines including: Cat condos Agility equipment Doggy daycare play equipment Catty Shack Vac systems Accessories and related products Qualify larger opportunities and coordinate handoff to the Business Development Manager Schedule appointments and maintain customer follow-up Maintain organized customer and lead records Provide professional and responsive customer communication Qualifications 1-2 years of inside sales, customer service, lead generation, or related experience preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with leads Strong communication and relationship-building skills Friendly and professional phone demeanor Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills required Interest in pets and the pet care industry preferred What We Offer Hourly position Growth opportunity into a future Business Development Manager role Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in the growing pet care industry Health Care, PTO, Retirement Plan and Monday-Friday schedule Employee discounts at Stone Mountain Pet Lodge (pet boarding, doggy daycare, grooming, retail, training) About Us Stone Mountain Pet Products provides products and solutions for pet boarding, doggy daycare, grooming, veterinary, and animal care facilities nationwide.
