We are actively expanding our Trade and Ecommerce channels, working directly with designers, builders, and contractors across the U.S. The Role This is an account management-focused inside sales role . You will manage a book of business, support inbound sales, and build long-term relationships with Trade professionals through phone and ecommerce channels. Average order values range from $300-$1,500+, requiring product knowledge, quoting, and consultative selling. What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of Trade accounts (designers, builders, contractors) Handle inbound calls, emails, and leads while driving repeat business Prepare quotes and guide customers through product selection and project needs Build long-term relationships and increase account revenue over time Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot and Shopify Own monthly revenue targets and performance metrics What We're Looking For (Requirements) 2+ years in inside sales or account management (not entry-level) Experience managing multiple accounts and driving repeat revenue Comfortable working on the phone and handling customer conversations daily Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) Strong organization and follow-up skills Preferred Experience in home improvement, plumbing, construction, or design industry Experience working with AOV $300+ products or project-based sales What This Role Is Not Not a call center support role or script-based role Not a cold-calling heavy SDR position Not a remote position Compensation & Growth Base hourly + 1-5% commission on revenue generated Top performers have strong earning potential tied to monthly performance Clear path to grow with our expanding Trade and Ecommerce teams
