Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are searching for an outgoing and knowledgeable Inside Tire Salesperson. The successful candidate will have a natural understanding of how to treat customers and employees in order to promote a positive experience for both. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed is top priority in this position. Prior knowledge of the tire industry is desired.

Job Duties:

Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors Achieve sales objectives Ensure a positive and beneficial customer experience Perform processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers

Experience and Qualifications:

Knowledge of the tire industry 3 years of previous sales experience Exceptional customer service Ability to function in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent attendance and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Must have a valid driver's license
