Position Summary:
Our Inside Sales Representatives design and sell the perfect security system to fit the needs of our future customers, through a proven consultative sales approach. Guardian Protection provides high quality leads from customers who have expressed interest in our home automation and security services.What's In It For You:

Converting leads to new customers from Guardian-provided leads - No Cold Calling Working with leads to understand their security needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process Following call flow to ensure consistent call handling and maximize inquiry conversion Demonstrating timely follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators to meet and exceed sales goals Working with internal departments throughout the closing process of the sale to ensure accuracy and superior customer experienceWhat You'll Need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Possesses a persuasive, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor High level of motivation / goal-oriented self starter Willing to learn and implement the Guardian Protection sales process Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus High School Diploma / GED (minimum) Who We Are The Armstrong Group is a family owned and operated collection of diverse companies.
