Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships in Opa Locka, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing buyer interactions, and contributing to annual sales objectives through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and expand sales opportunities.
- Proactively contact prospective and existing clients to promote products, discuss needs, and recommend appropriate purchasing options.
- Track sales activity and follow up on leads to help meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with buyers and internal teams to ensure accurate order handling, timely responses, and a positive customer experience.
- Monitor account activity and identify ways to improve sales volume within assigned territories or customer groups.
- Prepare quotes, process sales requests, and maintain clear records of customer communications and transactions.
