This position focuses on outbound relationship development , customer communication , and helping trade professionals learn about our products, services, and trade programs. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building long-term business relationships, and representing a growing company in a professional manner. This is a full-time, in-person position with stable hourly pay and long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities Contact local designers, builders, contractors, showrooms, and related businesses by phone and email Introduce customers to Copper Mountain Hardware and our product offerings Provide catalogs, product information, and details regarding our trade programs Assist customers with opening and maintaining trade accounts Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, lead times, and ordering Follow up with prospective customers and maintain organized customer records Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service Support additional sales, customer service, and relationship-building initiatives as needed Qualifications Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Basic computer, email, and CRM proficiency Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and company procedures Previous customer service, sales, or business development experience preferred Experience in interior design, construction, architectural products, hardware, lighting, or home improvement industries is a plus Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Self-motivated with a positive attitude Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and projects Interested in building long-term business relationships Enjoys learning about products, materials, and the construction/design industry What We Offer Stable hourly compensation (non-commission position) Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth Paid time off Full-time, in-person position Hands-on experience within the architectural hardware and design industry Location In-person at Copper Mountain Hardware in Michigan.
