This role is responsible for scheduling inspections, preparing proposals, coordinating with customers and third-party inspectors, tracking compliance, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, maintains strong attention to detail, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate elevator, escalator, and moving walkway inspections with customers, internal teams, and third-party inspection agencies. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all communication is timely, clear, proactive, and professional. Generate and send proposals to customers for required inspections or re-inspections. Prepare, track, and manage inspection paperwork, compliance documentation, and required verification records. Communicate inspection schedules, preparation requirements, proposals, and follow-up actions to customers and stakeholders. Work closely with third-party inspectors to ensure inspections are completed on time and according to regulatory deadlines. Close the loop on the inspection verification process, ensuring all results are received, documented, communicated, and followed through to completion. Follow up on failed inspections, proposal approvals, and corrective actions until full compliance is met. Maintain inspection records, calendars, and status updates in company systems. Assist with customer questions regarding inspection status, scheduling, proposals, and compliance requirements. Support billing coordination related to inspections when applicable.
