The Big Task You will install and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident decisions. Key Tasks Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings and fixtures in residential structures

• Ability to install hot water tanks, tankless hot water heaters, toilets and fixtures
• Sump pump installation
• Installing hung sewers
• Re-piping houses Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats. Maintain communication with your manager, parts and installation teams. Properly complete paperwork. Have or be willing to get the proper licenses. We help you with this! Desired Skills and Experience Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and individually. Valid driver's license with clean, safe driving record Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Excellent time management skills. Proficient problem-solving skills.
