Installation Coordinator (Scheduling & Operations) Mae Fence Company
  • Central Ohio About the Role Mae Fence Company is growing fast and looking for an Installation Coordinator to own our schedule and keep jobs running clean from start to finish .
This is a key operations role. You'll be the hub between crews, customers, and the office—making sure everything stays on track. What You'll Do Manage and maintain the installation schedule Process contracts and prepare jobs for production Communicate with crews, customers, and internal teams Coordinate permits, 811 locates, and inspections Handle reschedules while keeping the schedule full What Success Looks Like Full, efficient schedule with minimal downtime Crews prepared and jobs ready to go Customers informed and taken care of Problems solved before they impact production What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator Able to handle multiple moving parts Proactive and dependable Construction or scheduling experience is a plus Compensation $40,000
