HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER
$110K
  • 140K + Company Vehicle | Build & Lead High-Performance Teams This is not a coordinator role.
You build structure, lead teams, hold standards, and take ownership of department performance. You understand that strong operations require accountability, organization, leadership, and consistent execution. At DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company, we are looking for a proven HVAC Installation Manager to help lead, organize, and strengthen our growing installation department. This role is for an experienced operations leader who understands both the technical and people side of the HVAC industry and can help build a high-performance culture focused on professionalism, operational excellence, and long-term growth. What You'll Do You will lead and manage the installation department while helping improve operational performance, technician development, accountability, and customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the installation department daily Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop installation technicians and apprentices Build accountability, structure, and operational consistency across the department Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, profitability, and installation quality Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs Develop and maintain installation processes and operational standards Support technicians with technical guidance and jobsite problem-solving Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and office teams to ensure smooth operations Perform load calculations and installation project planning Monitor KPIs including callback rates, quality assurance, efficiency, and profitability Maintain strong communication with vendors, leadership, and field teams Help build a high-performance culture focused on professionalism and growth Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to identify experienced leaders who align with our standards, accountability culture, and long-term vision.
