We sale, service and install play sets, trampolines, basketball goals, safety surfacing, play accessories and related. We also perform landscape prep and finish work. We operate in a professional and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes and operation of tools and equipment. You will be expected to operate solo or with others. You'll be responsible for managing one man projects and a team, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines while adhering to budgetary constraints. You will learn product configurations and components and develop strong product knowledge. You will represent our company professionally by performing to exceed expectations and carrying out daily tasks including out of ordinary tasks that require quick pivot and transition. The successful candidate will demonstrate fast learning and application of learned skills that are unique to our industry. Candidate must have related job and skill experience. Problem solving and focused attention are necessary. Responsibilities
THIS IS A WORKING SUPERVISORY POSITION
Must be able to perform rigorous manual labor while Leading and Supervising individuals or a team of personnel providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Looking out for the best interest of the company Work independently and without supervision to complete jobs in an efficient and timely manner. Must be able to work at a higher level than team members to lead them to a successful completion of the project. Must be able to follow instructions from management with a mature and professional understanding and response. Manage tools, inventory, and fleet ensuring that we are operating efficiently and eliminating wastefulness and loss. Managing schedules to ensure maximum time use. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with owners, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Coordinating projects directly with customers Track progress and manage schedules effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, pick tickets, installation manuals and other technical documents to guide project execution. Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and labor costs. Provide training to crew members on equipment operation and safety protocols. Must be able to manage emotions and conduct oneself professionally. No foul language or harsh treatment of others. Must be respectful of both management, co-workers, customers and people in general Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check. Skills Strong ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Familiarity with multiple construction techniques and installation processes Ability to learn and retain names, descriptions, functions and details of all of the products that we service. Able to describe our products and detail safe use and maintenance guidelines.
