You will serve as the face of the "world's best skirting" brand, taking ownership of high-quality installations for manufactured and modular homes. Execute precision installation of proprietary skirting systems for manufactured homes, trailers, and modular structures. Coordinate directly with customers within 24 hours of work orders to review project scopes and set clear expectations. Manage jobsite logistics to ensure 95% of projects are completed efficiently within a single day. Maintain a pristine work environment by removing all old debris and hauling off existing materials upon project completion. Facilitate financial transparency by collecting project funds at the time of completion and documenting transactions via internal CRM. Minimize project friction by proactively resolving technical site issues with minimal impact on quality or timelines. Uphold world-class customer service standards by addressing homeowner inquiries and concerns with professional integrity.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven background in construction, carpentry, siding, or a related field with expertise in measuring and cutting materials. Experience with steel or aluminum exterior materials is highly preferred. Absolute proficiency in the safe operation of various hand and power tools for structural installations. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats. Ownership of a reliable truck and basic tools necessary for daily field operations. Will need basic hand tools, levels, drills, etc. Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably in confined spaces or prolonged periods of bending and climbing, in various weather conditions for year round work. High level of accountability and the ability to work autonomously with extreme attention to detail. Ability to drive to projects and work out of town on occasion as needed. Most work is local, some is 1-3 hours away, and a few projects may require overnights due to distance.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
2 years of specialized experience in residential construction, siding, or skirting-specific installations. High School Diploma or GED; additional vocational training or technical certifications are a plus. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply due to the alignment with our core values of discipline and service. Familiarity with CRM mobile applications for digital invoicing, photo documentation, and professional emailing.Compensation & Benefits:
