Installation Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various residential HVAC systems. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage and refrigeration systems and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Installation Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain HVAC systems. Conduct thorough assessments of client sites to determine the best installation practices. Provide exceptional customer service for customers receiving work on their existing systems or newly installed systems. Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the installation of new HVAC equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely manner. Stay updated on the best and most current installation practices. Qualifications Proven experience in field service or as a service technician for all types of residential HVAC systems. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service. Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation related to installations and/or service. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
