• What You'll Be Doing
• + Move and stage materials on job sites + Install skylight panels and rail systems + Caulk, seal, and waterproof joints + Use hand & power tools (drills, snips, pry bars, screwdrivers) + Assist with fabrication and glazing work + Work outdoors with a tight‑knit crew
• What We're Looking For
• + Entry‑level friendly — construction or glazing experience is a plus + Comfortable using hand and power tools + Able to read basic blueprints + Carpentry, electrical, or framing experience preferred + Willing to
• travel and work plenty of overtime
• + Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
