Installer/Technician

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing a variety of signs, including, but not limited to, outdoor and indoor signs, digital displays, and banners. Your role will involve working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that signage projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Major Areas of Accountability

• Install various types of signs according to specifications provided.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify any potential challenges.
• Prepare work areas by ensuring proper safety measures are in place and coordinating with other contractors or stakeholders as needed.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and install signs securely and accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment both on-site and in the workshop.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sign installation or a related field required.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits
