What we're seeking: Experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide, especially within school environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to follow teacher and supervisor instructions to assist students effectively Familiarity with direct and indirect student support, such as implementing classroom accommodations or assisting with behavioral interventions Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Travel therapists are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for stipends What you'll do: Provide direct and indirect assistance to students, ensuring individualized support Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom setting Support students' academic and behavioral needs per established strategies Follow only the contracted hours, with no additional district tasks (such as bus duty or parent pick-up)
