Instructional Aide w/ Possible Coaching

Position OverviewAlba-Golden ISD is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide to support learning. This position works closely with the classroom teachers to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes student growth and development. Position could include coaching duties.

Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist teachers with daily classroom instruction and activitiesSupport students with learning tasks, routines, and transitionsHelp prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organizationMonitor and supervise students in the classroom, cafeteria, playgroundAssist with other campus activities/duties as neededFoster positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferredExperience working with young children preferredAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectivelyPatience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with studentsSuccessful results of criminal and employment background check.
