Job Description
Instructional Designer responsible for facilitating existing training programs, updating course materials, and creating learning content using instructional design methods. Job Requirements 5-7 years of instructional design experience Bachelor's degree required unless equivalent experience is extensive Experience presenting or facilitating training Experience delivering pre-built training classes Experience creating training content Familiarity with the ADDIE model Portfolio of instructional design work Experience updating existing learning materials Open to candidates from any industry background Preferred Skills Experience improving existing training programs Experience creating or editing training videos Experience developing PowerPoint training decks Experience creating participant guides Experience creating facilitator guides Experience using instructional design methods to improve learner understanding and retention Job Responsibilities Deliver and facilitate training sessions Present existing course content to training participants Run pre-built classes and existing training programs Update training materials as needed Create and improve training videos Create and revise PowerPoint decks Create and revise participant guides Create and revise facilitator guides Apply instructional design methods, including ADDIE, to training content Develop learning materials that support understanding and retention Review existing course materials and recommend improvements Maintain training content for accuracy, usability, and program needs
