Key Requirements for Electrical/EEST Instructors 3+ years of related practical work experience in electrical systems NCCER Instructor Card (required within first 3 months) High school diploma/GED Great communication skills Proficient in technology Teaching experience is a plus OSHA 10 or 30 completion preferred Key Responsibilities for Electrical/EEST Instructors Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical Technology in our fully equipped facility Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Electrical Technology Why Join Us?
