Responsibilities As an Insulation Technician/Supervisor with Waltham Pest Services, after you complete our industry-leading training, you will use that knowledge to help customers with their insulation issues. You will be inspecting attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in our area. Remember, we are more than just pest control and you will be trained to do it all. You will also be recognizing areas that could use our services and selling those to the customers you are servicing. Those sales can help bolster your already competitive annual salary in a way that is fully in your hands.
