Responsibilities Client Assistance:

Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.

In-person Service:

Serve clients at our office located in Burkesville.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Policy Updates:

Inform clients of any changes to insurance policies and ensure they understand the updates.

Issue Resolution:
