Job Description
Property & Casualty License preferred but will assist the ideal candidate in obtaining their license. Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping clients protect what matters most! In this energetic role, you will actively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Whether working in retail settings or through outside sales efforts, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact on clients' financial security. Duties Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community events Negotiate insurance policies that best fit client needs, explaining coverage options clearly and transparently Engage in retail sales environments to promote insurance products and educate customers on benefits Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage plans Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual interactions, to ensure understanding and satisfaction Support marketing initiatives by participating in outreach campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the insurance buying process Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments with a focus on customer engagement Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse client populations Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and marketing strategies highly desirable Ability to work independently in outside sales settings while maintaining team collaboration when needed Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels growth!
