Duties Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and build a robust client base. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction. Administer benefits for clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong skills in benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close sales successfully. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client engagement. A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance is a plus.
