Insurance Agent Sales Representative

Duties:

Answer phones and make calls to customers for payments, reminders, etc. Collect payments and fees Perform Amendments/Endorsements/Renewals Quote and Bind Renewals, New Policies (if needed) Create and update profiles for customers in CRM Input all information and transactions in customer profiles Send texts, emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, as needed for customers Update and maintain all profiles with policies active or inactive Update and complete follow ups on carrier sites Ensure all policies are completed and uploaded for every customer profile, regardless of status Report inaccuracies Maintain Excel tracker

Requirements:

Current P&C License in the state of Texas Experience as an Administrative Assistant (Preferred) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e., printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Word and Excel Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
