THE POSITION

We are looking for an individual who is personable and ready to greet patients as the face of the practice. The Insurance and Treatment Coordinator position will also verify patient's insurance and benefits. They will be responsible for discussing treatment plans and payment options.

• Greeting patients when checking in
• Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails in an efficient and caring manner
• Collecting and verifying patient insurance
• Collecting co-pays and patient balances
• Explaining office protocols and procedures to patients
• Handling inquiries about accepted insurance, office hours, services, locations, exam fees, doctor information, etc.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Billing and payment collection

THE LOCATION

We are located near the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This is an amazing community that is a quick commute from Dallas and Southeastern Oklahoma. We are located in a modern professional building off of US Highway 75. Our new office is state of the art and designed to maximize clinical efficiency and provide an enjoyable work environment.
