Job Description
Examination Oversight:
Direct examinations of insurance companies to assess solvency and compliance with laws and regulationsStandards Development:
Create and approve processes for conducting financial examinations and oversee related software needsReport Analysis:
Review examination findings and recommend appropriate regulatory actionsGroup Coordination:
Lead examination coordination for insurer groups where Pennsylvania is the designated lead U.S. regulatorStaff Leadership:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework:
This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.Salary:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Insurance Company Examination Manager (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Seven years of professional accounting, auditing, or examining experience, including four years supervising insurance accounting or insurance company examination work; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Graduate course work in accounting, insurance or business administration may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.Additional Requirements:
