Insurance Contracting Specialist for Home Health Agency

Lily Home Health Services is looking for an experienced Insurance Contracting Specialist to help our agency establish contracts with insurance companies, including PPO plans and HMO medical groups. Responsibilities Contact and communicate with PPO insurance plans and HMO medical groups Start and manage the contracting process for home health services Complete required applications, documents, and follow-ups Help negotiate and finalize insurance contracts Track contracting status and keep the office updated Work with management to expand our insurance network Requirements Experience is mandatory Must have prior experience with insurance contracting, provider relations, credentialing, or medical group contracting Knowledge of PPO insurance plans and HMO medical groups Experience with home health, healthcare, or medical provider contracting preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized and able to work independently Job Type Full-time or part-time, depending on experience and availability.
