Insurance Customer Service Representative

We're Growing and looking to hire the right individual immediately! Express Insurance Agency is looking for a full time experienced Insurance Customer service representative. Must have at least 2 years of experience working within an insurance agency environment. Licensed is preferred but not necessary. Bilingual is a plus. You have a passion for helping others , and put that into practice by providing guidance to clients so that they have the right coverage to protect what matters most to them . You have excellent attention to detail , and enjoy the challenge of problem solving to ensure client retention. As a Licensed representative you bring your customer service experience and industry knowledge to build rapport with clients and carriers, and are committed to pursuing continuing education to stay on the forefront of industry trends. Salary commensurate with experience. Developing insurance quotes and shopping renewals. Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Intermediate technical and computer proficiency, with Windows based operating system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
