Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance information, policy assistance, and support. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about insurance policies and coverage options Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and general account management Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional insurance products aligned with client needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer situations with confidence Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement Qualifications Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles within the insurance or financial services Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations preferred Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer situations and provide appropriate resolutions Ability to handle transactions accurately when required; strong typing skills for efficient data entry Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels positive client interactions!
