00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work in a family-run, customer-focused office Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Insurance office experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Assist with high-volume phone activity, including routing calls and taking detailed messages Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, document handling, filing, and scheduling Help manage renewals
