Insurance Representative

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Inbound | On-Site | Pittston, PA) We are hiring P&C-Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to join a high-volume inbound team helping small businesses secure coverage. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for sales professionals looking to maximize income in a structured environment with consistent lead flow.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads from business owners Quote policies and guide customers through coverage options Drive conversions and meet sales targets

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty License 2+ years of sales and customer service experience Strong communication and consultative sales skills

Training:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (first 4 weeks) Schedule after training: Monday-Friday, 8.5-hour shifts with start times between 9:00 AM - 12:30
