Position Requirements:

Some experience in roofing, sales, or construction is helpful, especially if you've generated your own business or talked to homeowners about insurance claims.

• Willingness to learn how roofing insurance claims work, including basic legal guidelines in Ohio.
• Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn tools like ITEL or NTS for material matching.
• Comfortable learning the full process of helping a customer with a roof claim, from first visit to final paperwork.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid Ohio driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a drug test before starting and agree to random drug testing.
• Able to safely climb ladders and check roofs in person.
• Friendly and professional when talking with homeowners.
• Willing to follow up on leads and work to find your own.
• Can speak and write clearly and professionally.
• Able to give estimates and update our system with notes and customer info each day.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer, especially email, calendar, and basic apps.
• Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.
• Stays organized and takes ownership of responsibilities.
