Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in insurance sales, marketing, and benefits administration to grow their career within a supportive team. This position requires to obtain an insurance license. We will provide the class fee and pay for the first exam attempt. This job also includes commission based pay plus hourly. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, telemarketing, and community outreach Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to meet their individual needs Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships Assist clients with benefits administration and explain policy details clearly Promote insurance products through marketing initiatives and community engagement Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems Experience Strong typing and computer skills Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills for assessing client needs Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations is advantageous Proven customer service experience with a focus on building long-term client relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about helping clients find the best insurance solutions while delivering outstanding service.
