Salary Range:

$15.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Active Michigan Producer License for Life, Accident, and Health lines. Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software. A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals. Present and explain various insurance products, including life, health, and accident policies. Develop personalized insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances. Guide clients through the application and underwriting process to ensure a smooth experience. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth. Stay updated on insurance industry trends and product offerings.
