A Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Professional to help drive new business growth while delivering exceptional service to clients throughout Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying client needs, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. We're looking for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, following up on leads, and creating long-term client relationships. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License preferred Life & Health License preferred Previous insurance sales experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales tools preferred Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, networking, inbound opportunities, and outbound outreach Educate prospects on available insurance products and coverage options Prepare quotes and assist clients through the policy purchase process Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent follow-up schedule Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client lifecycle Achieve monthly sales and retention goals while contributing to overall agency growth
