Negotiate terms and policy details with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure sales closures. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently, including documentation, policy processing, and maintaining accurate customer records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy options clearly, and assisting with claims or benefits administration when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions effectively. Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits management is preferred. Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. Knowledge of insurance products across various sectors such as life, auto, or home insurance.
