Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment with closing responsibilities Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to manage and follow up on a sales pipeline consistently Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset Insurance experience is a plus, but not required Active Connecticut Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred (not required) Polish-speaking ability preferred Bilingual communication skills are a plus Responsibilities Sell Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance products to new and existing clients Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage options Build and maintain strong client relationships Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients Follow up consistently on leads and client needs Maintain accurate records and activity within the agency CRM system Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry best practices Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
