While you don't need a license to start, your previous P&C experience will be your "secret weapon" to hitting the ground running and delivering the white-glove service our clients love.

Compensation Salary Range:

$52,000 - $55,000 per year Responsibilities of the Insurance Sales Support Agent

Champion Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email, delivering a "wow" experience regarding billing and coverage inquiries.

Power Policy Administration:

Coordinate vital policy modifications (endorsements), including vehicle updates, property changes, and coverage adjustments.

Master Documentation:

Prepare and distribute insurance certificates, auto ID cards, and other essential policy forms with high-speed accuracy.

Claims Support:

Guide clients through the initial intake of the claims process, acting as the essential bridge between policyholders and carriers.

Renewal Coordination:

Take the lead on the renewal cycle by verifying client information and ensuring every record is perfectly up to date.

Data Integrity:

Maintain detailed and precise logs within the agency management system to keep the team's data organized and actionable. Qualifications of the Insurance Sales Support Agent

P&C Expertise:

A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience specifically within Property and Casualty insurance.

Licensing Edge:

An active state P&C Insurance License is highly preferred for this specific role.

Communication Pro:

Outstanding verbal and written skills with a commitment to professional problem-solving and patient, client-first service.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Agency Management Systems (like AMS360 or Applied/Epic) is a huge plus.
