Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding insurance coverage
• Update patient accounts with accurate insurance information
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with medical billing team to resolve any insurance-related issues

Skills:

• Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance procedures
• Strong understanding of insurance verification processes
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
