Intake Coordinator

Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center, a Nationally Accredited Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) in Summerville & Moncks Corner, SC is currently looking for an Intake Coordinator. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a CAC or related field. The Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center provides a coordinated, evidence-based response to child abuse that reduces trauma and provides treatment for children and families in our community in a safe child-focused environment. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for receiving referrals for Forensic Interviews and Forensic Medicals and scheduling these appointments. This position requires that the applicant can provide crisis management to families, triage referrals, provide psycho-education on the dynamics of child abuse, and to work collaboratively with investigative agencies such as law enforcement and DSS.
