Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client and family inquiries
• Answer and manage intake calls with professionalism and empathy
• Guide families through the intake process and next steps for care
• Schedule assessments and coordinate client onboarding

Job Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service (preferred)
