Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - Collaborative Care Optum 401(k) May 14, 2026 Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking an experienced Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in Marysville, WA. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment planning and brief therapeutic interventions for primary care patients
- Deliver care in both in person and virtual settings using evidence based approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical consultation or education as needed The Everett Clinic joined Optum in 2019, working together across the Puget Sound, the partnership means we're able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling (including clinical mental health counseling), or a closely related behavioral health field
- Active Washington State Department of Health behavioral health licensure, including
LMHC, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA Preferred Experience:
- Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope of practice
- Experience working in a medical setting
- Telehealth service delivery and EHR documentation experience The salary range for this role is $49,700 to $88,800 per year.
